Standardised wellbeing webinars
If you're happy with a pre-written format, we offer a range of engaging webinars for your employees starting from just £300 each (excluding VAT). Topics include everything from lifestyle and mental health to neurodiversity and the impact of being sedentary and a number of different topics inbetween.
We have over a dozen sessions available that we offer so please see the latest details on these here.

Free wellbeing webinars
Our free monthly wellbeing webinars help businesses create their own ready-made wellbeing strategy as they are uniquely aimed at their employees, not the decision makers or influencers.
The sessions align with our wellbeing calendar which is provided at the start of the year and are aimed to cover a wide range of topics, spanning all 4 pillars of wellbeing (physical, emotional, financial and social). They equip employers with the tools they need to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce.
From burnout to grief, neurodiversity to cancer, our topics are carefully chosen to address the most pressing wellbeing challenges faced by businesses and their people today and often align to relevant awareness days, weeks or months. This makes them even more useful for our clients.
Hosted by us alongside industry experts, our 45-minute interactive lunchtime sessions provide practical advice and actionable strategies, ensuring employees leave feeling informed, empowered and, where appropriate, ready to implement meaningful change.
